LODZ, Poland, Sept 18, 2006 (Reuters) - U.S. computer maker Dell Inc. said on Monday it would invest 200 million euros ($254.5 million) in Poland, including a new factory that will help it battle for market share in fast-growing central Europe. Paul was instrumental in introducing Dell executives to the idea of locating the factory in Lodz, the city where IC² Institute was already running a business incubator.  Paul also supported site negotiations between Dell and the City of Lodz.
