June 6-12: Paul Zukowski goes on a mission to open new opportunities for the IC2 Institute in Brazil.  The trip included three cities; Sao Paulo, Campinas and Porto Alegre.  These cities where chosen based on their activity in entrepreneurship, venture creation and technology commercialization.  Meetings where held with regional government officials as well as universities.  The trip was assembled by Portal Commerce and Logistics which represents The Greater Houston Partnership and the Port of Houston in Brazil.  The trip established that The Global Commercialization Group (GCG) with its global footprint and technology assessment capabilities has a big chance to help companies in Brazil access the global market place.  Further meetings will be help to launch an innovation program within the next 12 months.  Attached are newspaper clippings from the press in Campinas discussing the visit.
