The Global Commercialization Group which Paul co-founded runs a unique program sponsored by the Mexican Ministry of Economy called TechBA.  The program's purpose is to bring competitive Mexican technology companies to Texas and help them connect to the U.S. market, creating new high-value jobs in Texas and Mexico.  TechBA is in its fourth year of operation even though it was originally a two-year "experiment" at economic development.  Paul was involved in designing the program and worked with the Mexican government to launch the program.  This year Hope Andrade spoke at the annual TechBA Expo event which showcased new companies selected for the program.  You can see an excerpt from her speech here.
